When is the deadline to RSVP? Do I need to mail it back?

Please RSVP by September 17, 2025. Due to recent delays in USPS processing, we encourage guests to RSVP electronically on our RSVP page. Guests with limited Internet access may return the RSVP card via USPS.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is black tie optional. Tuxedos, suits and dresses of any length are welcome. Color is encouraged!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

We think October is the best month for weather in Philadelphia! The average is a high of 68 and a low of 52.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be in covered outdoor spaces.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Water Works is located at 640 Waterworks Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19130.

If you are staying at the Windsor Suites, the Cescaphe Trolley will take you to and from the venue.

If you choose to take public transit, the SEPTA bus routes with stops closest to the venue are 32, 38, 43, 446 and 448. The nearest trolley, MFL and Regional Rail stations are about a half hour walk.

If you are walking, the venue is accessible from the Schuylkill River Trail.

The nearest airport is Philadelphia International Airport, which is 20-30 minutes from the venue.

Where can I park?

There is valet parking at the venue.

Are children welcome? Can I bring a plus one?

Your RSVP card will indicate the number of seats that have been reserved for your party.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

What happens after the ceremony?

There will be a cocktail hour and a half between the ceremony and the reception. During that time, there will be passed hors d’oeuvres, chef-attended stations and drinks available.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Come hungry! In addition to the food available at the cocktail hour, there will be a seated three-course dinner, desserts and wedding cake.

Why didn’t you ask for my meal selection?

Our venue does not require meal selections in advance! You will select your entree tableside.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?

Yes! Our venue can accommodate any dietary restrictions or sensitivities on-site.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Yes! The Cescaphe Trolley will make two trips from the Windsor Suites to the venue and will ensure that all guests return to the Windsor Suites after the reception.
